Church,

 

Reflecting on our journey together, my heart is filled with immense gratitude. After much prayer and seeking God’s guidance, I believe He is calling us into a new season of ministry. This is not a decision I have taken lightly, but I feel a deep peace that God is leading us and Awakening Church in a new direction. I trust His timing and believe this new opportunity will allow me to continue serving Him faithfully, though in a different capacity.

 

God has opened a door at First Baptist Church, Woodstock, Georgia, to serve as the Global Missions Pastor. This role suits the heart, passion, and experience God has given me as a missionary, pastor, and church planter.

 

As I prepare for this next step, thank you again for your support. Your prayers have strengthened me, and your support has been a lifeline. I am excited about what God has in store, and I pray that you will continue to join me in this new chapter, whether through prayer or other means.

 

The legacy of Awakening Church will live on through our worldwide missional investments and a merger with our sister church, Trellis Church. Over the past few years, they have supported us and been Kingdom collaborators in our city.

 

Please know that I will also be praying for each of you, asking the Lord to pour out His blessings and favor on your lives as you have so generously poured into mine. I look forward to sharing more about what God is doing in this new season, and I am eager to see how He will continue to work in and through all of us for His glory.
