WHAT IS BAPTISM?
The Bible has a lot to say concerning the symbolic practice called baptism. We hope the following information will help clarify a few common questions about baptism.
"For in Christ Jesus you are all sons of God, through faith. For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ." Galatians 3:26-27
WHO SHOULD BE BAPTIZED?
The Bible teaches that a person should be baptized to declare their relationship with God publicly. It is the first step of obedience when you surrender your life to Jesus. Baptism symbolizes life before Christ, burial with Christ in His death, and being raised as He was raised to new life! We believe that when a person becomes a Jesus follower, they should be baptized to declare that to the world publicly!
